How long are the tours?
The Nā Pali Coast tours are five hours.
How many guests participate in each tour?
Our zodiac accommodates 14 guests per tour.
Do tours get canceled?
Yes, all tours may be canceled if the weather is bad or if the surf is too big. We will contact you by 7:00 PM the night prior to the tour.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes, if you do not give us 48-hour notice to cancel your tour, then you forfeit your entire payment.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that are okay to get wet (ex. bathing suits, surf shorts). Please come dressed as you are not allowed to change once on the boat.
What do I bring?
We recommend that you bring a towel, sunblock, and camera. All of your belongings will need to fit in a dry bag that is provided to you. Please note that we are not responsible if your personal belongings get damaged.
What kind of camera should I bring?
You are welcomed to bring any type of camera that you feel comfortable with. However, we will not be responsible for any damages to your equipment.
When do I take sea sickness medicine?
Typically you will take the medicine the night prior to your tour. Please refer to specific instructions on the sea sickness medicine packaging and check with your doctor for additional precaution.
Am I allowed to change on the boat?

Where do I park?
Park in the open field on the right side of the parking lot that is noted with a sign that says “tour parking”.
Do you accommodate people with dietary restrictions?
Unfortunately, at this time, we’re unable to accommodate these requests. If you have a dietary restriction, we ask that you plan accordingly.
Is there an age or height requirement?
Yes, for your safety, you need to be at least 7 years old and 4 ft tall to take our tour.
Am I allowed to wear closed-toe shoes?
No, for safety reasons.
Will my belongings get wet?
There is a chance that your personal belongings may get wet. However, we do provide you with a dry bag.
